My Role: Designed brand collateral and sales centre signage
As part of Partners Homes' rebrand under the tagline "Rooted and Rising," I led the redesign of their brochures, printed handouts, and interior sales centre signage. To reflect the brand's grounded yet aspirational feel, I combined natural maple and layered acrylic in the signage, balancing warmth and texture with modern clarity.
A key challenge was organizing a complex range of home types and floor plans. I introduced a colour-coded system paired with icons to clearly distinguish between front drive, duplex, and street town homes. Each floor plan was redesigned for visual clarity, using typographic hierarchy and separating objects from floor space to help customers easily navigate layouts.
